Accessing mentoring support can help you to succeed in your work or academic studies so that you can make the most of your opportunities for develop your potential to succeed in your chosen field.  Together, by focusing on your challenges, you can work on finding solutions or new tools that can help you to achieve your goals.  Learning to improve communication skills, social skills and organisational skills, can build on self esteem and self confidence. Exploring some common blocks to achieving your potential such as procrastination, perfectionism and imposter syndrome with a mental health professional can make a positive difference to your studies.​ 

Mentoring sessions typically run weekly during the academic year and sessions run for 50 minutes either online via Teams or in person.
